This product is eligible for an accidental damage protection plan. This plan provides coverage for accidental damage from handling that may render the product non-functional or otherwise not be covered by our limited warranty. Our Accident Protection plans are in effect from your receipt of the product. West Coast Trends, Inc. will repair or replace (at our discretion) your product at no cost to you during the coverage term chosen.
This plan is only available through direct purchases at www.clubglove.com (or our direct “Personal Touch Service” purchases) and cannot be obtained in any other manner. Accident Protection plan must be purchased with protected product at time of purchase, plan(s) cannot be purchased separately or after purchase of the product.
Returns: Simply call for a Return Authorization (RA) number during business hour M-F 8-5PT, 714-843-9288, ship your damaged product back (via major carrier/ signature required), and we will cover all other costs including return shipping (standard ground).
New, unused, non-embroidered returned product for refund: the money you paid for the protection plan will also be refunded. This plan can only be refunded (within 90 days of original purchase date) following a “Return Authorization” and the return of the protected product in brand new, re-sellable condition.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
West Coast Trends, Inc. ("WCT") guarantees this product will be free from defects IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DURING NORMAL TRAVEL USE for the product’s specified LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY period. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, WCT will repair or replace (at its option) the product without charge, except for transportation costs to the repair center. WCT will pay for return ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Return shipping via air freight is available for an additional charge. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, alteration, abuse, misuse or neglect of the product, accidents, negligence, damage by airline or common carrier, or dissatisfaction with product choice. To obtain warranty service, please call WCT (our toll free number is on every Club Glove® product) for a return authorization number and address to ship product, freight prepaid, with a carrier requiring signature. West Coast Trends, Inc. hereby disclaims all liability for any harm or damage that may occur for any reason whatsoever to any customer’s personal property that may be contained or carried in products manufactured or sold by West Coast Trends, Inc. All such liability is solely that of the customer.

This pilot bag is bombproof! As a commercial pilot, (Bridger Aerospace), who also flies weekly as a passenger, this bag fits into every overhead including MD-88/95, B-717 and smaller ERJs. I travel for one to two weeks at a time and try to go all carry-on and this thing does the trick. Perfect in size and internal clothing bags, I can fit 4 to 5 outfits inside as well as additional shoes. The business card holder and additional features like high-end roller wheels make it a must for the carry on focused traveler! Well done club glove. |

After 20+ years of using PNS roll-aboards I decided to give Club Glove a try and I'm glad I did. The bag is narrower than the PNS bag and will easily fit in the 737 bag storage but you don't lose any volume because the bag is 1.5 inches deeper and although the volume of space is about the same I can fit clothes and shoes easier in my Club Glove because of the layout. The biggest advantage of Club Glove is how much lighter the bag is and don't worry it is definitely sturdy and solidly constructed. I also like that you can remove the hook in case you have to check your bag. My company logo looks great on the front of the bag and the customer service was excellent during the ordering process. |
