In plain language, WCT will repair ANY damage that occurs during the warranty period, regardless of cause, so long as you can return to us (at your cost) at least 51% of your product, regardless of condition. If, in WCT’s opinion, the damage cannot be repaired, WCT will replace your product. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product. WCT will pay (standard ground) shipping back to you. Return shipping via air freight is available for an additional charge. This is a very well-made bag. Looks very professional. Many pockets. The only thing I wish it had is a hand on the opposite side in addition to the one it has. Its awkward to handle without it. Every attendant that puts it on a cart puts it on backwards because thats the only handle. But, it certainly wouldnt prevent me from purchasing again! |

I just received my FCO III (Black with Copper embroidery). It is my second Club Glove bag. My first dates back to the late 90s. This bag is PERFECT!!!!! The guy who wrote the review before me must not realize the two Pockets??? he is disappointed about about are really nothing more than removable panels for embroidery. I guess you could put paperwork in their, but truly nothing else that would impact my round. To each his own I guess. Im just glad I didnt listen to his nonsense. Any real shooter would be thrilled with the 7 other functioning pockets. Keep doing what you do at this high level and Im with you guys for life. |

I just purchased my third FCO bag in the past 15 years. Unfortunately I am disappointed that the outside now zip from the rear of the bag instead of the front as did my previous bags. Customer service said that this is the configuration of the bags now in production. Having to access these two pockets from the rear of the bag means that the bag needs to be removed from the cart first. Had I know this I would not have purchased the FCO III bag. |

I have a home in Maui and Alabama...A friend of mine had the bag! It looked nice but I thought, wow, it is a little pricey...but after a few weeks of playing with him and looking at that bag, I thought, what the heck, I am getting one...so I bought it...and really liked the way it was designed and the pockets it had gave me lots of options. And the durability of the bag gave me piece of mind that it would last for years...so off to my other home in Alabama...and after a week with playing with my old bag here, I said, I got to have the same bag here...and I bought it and love it also...your product is outstanding...thank you...Dave |

I first saw your FCO golf bag being given away at an awards ceremony. I noticed it did not look like a generic run of mill bag. After careful inspection I looked on line, found the bag, liked the color choice, and felt it was too expensive but decided to order anyway. After receiving and using the bag I consider it a great value, The best made bag with the best storage setup I have ever had. ( I've been playing over 40 years).The extra few pounds it weights isn't noticed, Many of my friends have taken notice and some will undoubtedly order one. You can't go wrong with this bag. Amazing Golf Bag

I guess this could be considered a 'testimonial', though the product I'm writing about has long been out of production... Some time in the mid 90s I won an Absolut vodka golf bag at a tournament. I found out upon getting it home that the bag was made by Club Glove, a company I had only just heard of. The bag served me well for many seasons - extremely durable, versatile, very well made. Several years later, I received a new bag as a Christmas present... Nice, new, roomy - but as it turned out, not as good a bag. I returned to the CG bag`and played with it several more years. After a hiatus, I started playing again a few years ago, and this past year, after updating the equipment inside the bag, thought I'd treat myself to a new bag. An Ogio which came highly recommended... It lasted one season, and I am back to my old faithful. There are so many products we buy today that are just junk. We are now a disposable society and sadly it is a treat to find a product that holds up like this golf bag has. I will finish up this year with it, and then I plan to replace it with nothing but a new Club Glove. Again - I offer this only as testimonial to an extremely well made product! |
