Club Glove eGift Cards can only be used to buy the gear you love online at The following Terms and Conditions apply to online eGift Card purchases:

  • West Coast Trends, INC reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at their discretion.
  • You cannot use your eGift Card to purchase additional eGift Cards.
  • If the amount of your eGift Card does not cover the total purchase amount, you must pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
  • If the amount of your eGift Card is more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your eGift Card for future use.
  • eGift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except as required by law
  • If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. Lost or stolen eGift Cards cannot be replaced. Club Glove is not responsible for lost or stolen e Gift Cards. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
  • Sales tax is not charged when buying eGift Cards; however, purchases paid for with eGift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax if the purchase shipped to an address where tax is applicable.
  • There is no expiration date for your eGift Card.
  • Returned merchandise will be credited in the original form of payment.
  • eGift Cards will not be delivered until the checkout transaction is completed. An accurate email address for the recipient is required to deliver eGift Cards. We are not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to an incorrect email address.
  • If you return items purchased with your eGift Card, a new eGift Card will be issued.
  • Recipients will receive their eGift Card via email, which will include a code that must be used to redeem the eGift Card. eGift Card codes are activated within 1 business day after you receive them.
  • eGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
    • Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
    • Recipient's firewall blocked the email
    • Email inbox is over size limit
    • Invalid email address
  • If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Service. Have your order number or email address ready. Please check to make sure the address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her eGift Card.

Can I load any amount to a eGift Card?
Answer: Gift Cards can be purchased in $100 denominations up to $500.

Will my eGift Card ever expire or lose value?
Answer: Our Gift Cards never expire or lose value

Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I've paid for it?

What can I do if I have an issue with receiving or redeeming my eGift Card?

What if I lose my eGift Card?
Answer: Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your Gift Card, contact Customer Support immediately.

How can I check my eGift Card balance?
Answer: You can look up your Gift Card balance by visiting “Your Account” on

Can I redeem my eGift Cards for cash?
Answer: Our Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, unless required by law

I have multiple eGift Cards; Can I combine them?
Answer: We cannot combine them, but you can redeem multiple cards per order. Please contact our Customer Support at 714-843-9288 to assist with redeeming multiple Gift Cards for a single order.

How can I redeem my Gift Cards?

Answer: Redeeming a Gift Card is simple...
  • Shop online and select the items you wish to purchase
  • When you're ready to checkout, go to "My Cart"
  • Enter your Gift Card Number in the field labeled "Gift Card " on the payment page at Step 1 of checkout
  • Enter your Gift Card number, select "Apply", then enter your unique PIN (codes are case sensitive)
  • Click "Apply" and then you will see your Gift Card amount deducted from your merchandise total
